KWIH Celebrates the Sales Office Opening of Cosmopolis, Phase I of the Integrated Project, Huadu District, Guangzhou
K. Wah International Holdings Limited (“KWIH” or “the Group”) (stock code: 00173) held the opening ceremony of the brand new development Cosmopolis, Phase I of Cosmo, the integrated project in Huadu District, Guangzhou on 19 September. It marked the Group’s milestone in the development in the first-tier city of the Greater Bay Area. Cosmo will be developed in phases. Phase I has a GFA of approximately 187,000 square meters, in which the residential portion, Cosmopolis, will comprise approximately 1,500 residential units facing south. It is estimated to be completed by the end of 2022. The project has a shopping mall of about 23,000 square meters, housing commercial facilities such as cinemas, supermarkets, fitness clubs and food courts, etc.
Cosmo is located in the innovative core residential area of Baiyun North, Huadu in Guangzhou. The project is adjacent to the Guangzhou North Railway Station and Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, enjoying a strategic location of the “onehour living circle” in the Greater Bay Area. The whole project has a GFA of approximately 580,000 square meters, which includes a garden of approximately 85,000 square meters of Cosmopolis. The district also equips with lifestyle, entertainment, education and other facilities, providing residents with all-rounded ancillary facilities.
