KWIH Launches First Batch of Units for the Brand New Development J City, Jiangmen
K. Wah International Holdings Limited (“KWIH” or “the Group”) (stock code: 00173) held the first internal and VIP customers pre-sale event of the brand new development J City at Jianghai West District, Jiangmen on 23 April. As at that night, the project had sold more than 100 units. The Group subsequently released additional units and the sales were satisfactory.
The first batch of units available for sale comprises of units from Block 3 and 4 of the project. The major feature of the project is good ventilation and lighting. Each living room has a private sky garden which boasts a panoramic cityscape of the district. Besides, the community has facilities such as playgrounds, fitness track, swimming pool and leisure area, etc. There are also educational resources such as primary and secondary schools in the surrounding area to provide comprehensive ancillary facilities.
J City is a testament for the Group to implement its development strategy of the Greater Bay Area. The project locates next to the Jiangmendong Railway Station of the Guangzhou-Zhuhai Intercity Rail Transit. It comprises of two adjacent land sites with a total GFA of approximately 278,600 square metres. The project provides approximately 2,300 units in 20 residential buildings with commercial and retail portions.
